As a Realtor®, CAM, and property manager in Sarasota, I have 14+ years experience and expertise in the local real estate industry and nearly 20 years in real estate experience abroad primarily in Costa Rica. Originally from Colorado, where I obtained a BA in International Relations and Political Science from the University of C0lorado at Boulder. A series of fortunate international events lead me all over the world only to bring me to Sarasota where I started a family and made a unique niche in the real estate market locally.

With a strong background in property management, I am skilled in handling all aspects of property operations, ensuring efficient and profitable outcomes for property owners. Currently,  we manage appx 350 units  from Hillsborough, Manatee and Sarasota counties. I have managed a variety of asset types including single family homes, multifamily, and even condo/hotel. By holding a Community Association License which has helped me to know and navigate difficult or complex situations when dealing sales or rentals.  We have an extensive network of on call providers to service our needs faster and with preferred pricing due to the volume we do.

Recently I became the co-hostess of an investment Podcast called SlumDogg Millionaires about how to "Survive, Thrive, & Retire by 45 utilizing real estate and property management. We also have a heavy focus on charity work and community service through the Podcast.

I am also bilingual English/Spanish which opens a lot of unique opportunities up for my clients.
